About the Time & Duration Calculator
The Time & Duration Calculator calculates elapsed time between a start time and an end time, with an optional break. Enter the start and end times using the available 12-hour or 24-hour controls, then enter any break duration that should be removed.
The result separates gross elapsed time, break time, and net duration so work periods, appointments, events, and other time spans are easier to review. Check AM and PM selections carefully when using 12-hour time.
